I have known and trained under the tuition of Stewart for many years. In all that time he has been consistantly instructive, knowledgable, enthusiastic, encouraging and patient.

He also coaches children and teenagers (my daughter included) with the same involvement and fun he brings to all his classes.

A thouroughly top notch instructor and genuinley nice bloke.

Stewart, you are a machine!.

I’ve been attending Krav Maga lessons for the past six months, and I can confidently say it has been a transformative journey for me. Krav Maga is not just a martial art; it’s a holistic experience that has enriched my life both physically and mentally.

From the moment I stepped into the studio, I was welcomed into a community of incredible individuals. The camaraderie among my fellow trainees is nothing short of inspiring. We’ve bonded over our shared goals, encouraged each other through the toughest workouts, and formed lasting friendships. It’s more than just a class; it’s a supportive network of like-minded individuals striving for self-improvement.

The instructor is a true gem. Their depth of knowledge in Krav Maga is unparalleled, and they have an incredible ability to convey that knowledge to the students. What sets them apart is the attention to detail in their teaching. They break down techniques meticulously, ensuring that we not only understand but can execute them effectively. Their passion for Krav Maga is contagious, and it motivates us to push our limits in every class.

Beyond the physical benefits, Krav Maga has helped me overcome mental struggles. It’s a demanding discipline that pushes me out of my comfort zone, teaching me resilience, mental fortitude, and the importance of staying focused under pressure. These skills have transcended the studio, positively impacting various aspects of my life.

I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire Krav Maga community, including my instructor and fellow trainees, for making this journey so rewarding. If you’re considering Krav Maga, I encourage you to take that step. It’s not just about self-defense; it’s about self-discovery and growth. It’s an empowering and transformative experience that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a path to fitness, confidence, and mental strength. Thank you for this incredible journey!

Krav Maga is a great way to stay in shape and learn to defend yourself. The system is effective, quick to learn and covers a wide range of potential threats. I have trained at several different clubs but Krav Maga Ignite is the best so far, and the instructor, Stewart Lang, is knowledgeable, friendly and a very effective trainer. Learning Krav Maga has increased my self-confidence in all areas of life and I look forward to class every week. The whole group is very friendly and really supportive towards each other, so what can at first seem a little intimidating, quickly becomes a really enjoyable experience. With Krav Maga, you quickly feel a positive impact from the training and that grows with every class, and I fully recommend it to anyone interested in keeping themselves and their loved ones safe while keeping fit too.

I’ve known Stew for many years as a good friend and to train with.
You won’t find a more dedicated instructor that strives to get the best out of his students.
His classes are always fun, informative and he will push you to get your best.
A highly recommended place to train.

Love Stew’s classes! As a newbie I was made to feel very welcome and empowered from the beginning. His classes are well thought out – the moves and stretches you do in the workouts at the beginning of the classes all match perfectly to the defence techniques you learn later on. I used to worry sometimes about being the only woman in martial arts classes and being quite unfit from a desk job but this is a great, mixed class, a cracking bunch of people and a very supportive instructor. Learning how to defend yourself against people of all different strengths and sizes is a great confidence boost.

Walking through the door is the hardest part, this is very true for the krav class Stewart hosts. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The classes have good content for all abilities, with great demos. I had never done this kind of thing before but I’m enjoying learning new skills and self defence and making new friends.
